Tracy brings 30+ years of experience in computer and IT services, cloud software and business solutions. She’s well-versed in Microsoft Dynamics, ERP software implementation, business processes an analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Waterloo University. In her free time, Tracy is a kayaker and crafter.

Todd has 20+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX developer and technical consultant. He has supported clients of all industries working for software IT companies, including CGS and ePartners. He holds a holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems from California State University, Fresno.

Jay brings 10+years of experience in managing ERP and CRM engagements to successful outcomes. He brings a wealth of knowledge in Microsoft products, including MS D365/AX and the Sure Step methodology. Jay holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s of Computer Applications, Accounting and Computer Science.

Jin is skilled in project management and organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from Northeastern University and an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. In her free time, she loves to travel and play video games.

Debbie has over 30 years’ experience in the technology field for various industries.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.  In her free time, you can find Debbie attending hockey or football games depending on the season.

Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge through his 20+ years of experience in insurance, accounting, recruitment, staffing and consulting. He understands the core business functions through his experience working in international recruitment firms. Outside of CEM, Matthew volunteers as a Troop leader and youth athletic coach.

Geetha co-founded CEMBS in 2003, bringing more than 20 years of experience with engineering, project delivery, ERP project management and business analysis. Geetha’s love for coding and innovation has led to deploying multiple innovative products and solutions. Geetha enjoys new gadgets and likes to travel and meet new people.

Ramki co-founded the Center of Excellence for Microsoft Business Solutions in 2003. Through his efforts, he helped CEM lead in many global markets, launch its own innovative software products and build a network of partners. Ramki played basketball at the state level, ran marathons, climbs mountains and volunteers.
